We all wonder about who we are supposed to be and what the healthy version of ourself looks like. The Enneagram is a psychological and spiritual framework for looking at personality and an invitation to move towards your true self where your inherent gifts and resources can be experienced and shared. The enneagram is an  important tool as you understand the deeper layers of yourself and how to navigate towards health and freedom.  It is a roadmap out of stuck places.

​I first heard about the Enneagram in college and some years later was introduced to it again and have studied it for over ten years.  I have attended a number of workshops on the enneagram, including Relationships, Levels of Health, Instincts, and the Essential Enneagram.  I have trained under David Daniels, Sandra Smith, Linda Daniel, and Nan Henson at trainings around the country.  I am currently preparing to move towards certification under the Enneagram Institute.

While I use the enneagram in the process of therapy with my clients, I am available for consultation working directly with the enneagram.  This may be a good option if you are not in a place for ongoing individual therapy.  Consultations can be scheduled for  phone, Skype or in person.
